German designer Sebastian Herkner is recognized for his sophisticated exploration of craftsmanship, material, colour, and contemporary technology. After studying product design at the Offenbach University of Art and Design and working with Stella McCartney in London, he founded his own studio in 2006. His work spans furniture, lighting, objects, and interiors for leading international design houses, earning numerous accolades, including Maison&Objet Designer of the Year in 2019.
